during experiment 1 question gt into my head,and icant solve…..but finally i knw y…becoz i am juz a commoner where i nvr see the question from different angle

  烦 恼 的 根 本 都 是 从 我 们 自 己 而 来， 如 果 我 们 自 己 不 给 自 己 烦 恼， 别 人  也 就 无 法 给 予 你 烦 恼。 与 其 说 别 人 让 我 们  痛 苦， 不 如 说 自 己 的 修 养 不 狗。

今 天 我 遇 到  让 我不愉快的事， 一直问自己为什么？ 当 我 平 静 下 来 想 想， 我 发 觉 因 为我执 著“有我”。参 禅 有3 重 境 界－“ 有 我”，“ 无 我”  和“ 忘 我”。 世 间 的“ 名， 利， 美 貌 是 虚 而 不实 的… 处 处 执 著， 便 使 烦 恼 随 之 而 起。 然 而 要 达 成 “无 我 ”和 “忘 我” 并 不 容 易， 需 要 了 解 兼 实 行。 这 些 都 是 我 正 学 习 着 的。

有 些 人 说 他 们 能 够 得 到 外 来 的 力 量 来 帮 助 及 加 持… 然 而， 这 一 些 都 是 我 们  潜 意 识 的作 用。 更 有 些 人 说 他 们 能 看 见 天 堂 地 狱， 这 也 是 因 为 他 们 读 、 闻过 有 关 的  事 物 而 造 成 潜 意 识 的 作 用。 只 要 心清、 平 静 我 们 有 何 必 在 乎 看 见 与 否？ 或 寻 求 他 力 呢？ 执 著 是 烦 恼 的 根 源。

希 望 我 能 从 各 方 面  的 事 物 学 到  更 多 的 善教 育。 谢 谢 这 次 让 我 烦 恼（觉 悟 ） 的  人…

Heaven and hell are portrayed in many religious books to suit the mentality of human nature. Unless there is reward and punishment, if not ppl wont take their way of life seriously.

I do not deny that there is heaven and hell after our life. However I not really know. Ppl claimed that we can get eternal life when go to heaven, and being torture when u go to hell. Why should we so worry about that? In my opinion, actually, heaven and hell is always surrounding us, can u feel that?  Let me tell u what in my mind…

One day, a monk goes to a 5star hotel to give a talk about Buddhist. When he explained about hell heaven, suddenly a man stands up with his angry face and asks

Man: “Where is hell? Are u know u will going to hell?”

Monk: “now u are in the hell”

The man suddenly realizes what the monk trying to say and immediately turn his emotion, smile and ask

Man: “Okay, tell me where the heaven is?”

Monk: “now u back to heaven (smile to him)

Can u all understand what I trying to inform? We can actually have our heaven in this life.

U can always have your heaven if u knows how to handle your life. Do not let the feeling of hell surrounding u and your friend…let yourself surrounded with happy atmosphere (heaven). In Buddha teaching, everything comes from us but not others ppl or power…

i juz read an article..and feel agree with that-"everything start from how you think".smbody claimed that v can get wat v wan if juz belive them. Here are my opinion….ya!v can get smthing v wish to as long as v put an effort on it. For me there is no smthing that i can get "Free!!",although there are ppl aroung me telling me it can happen.

Buddha telling us that v can change our fate by only our own but nt "Him".In Buddha teaching,v r nt thought to pray to the Buddha (so call "patung" by those who duno) hope to get smthing from Him(many ppl misunderstanding wit that)…for me,i respect to the "patung" becoz i wish to learn smthing from His teaching,So i read our religious book. Inside the book tell us story and moral behind.

Smbody ask "y u need to read many time?" This answer i get from a sifu "everthing  happpen around us r different evey day…For example,2day u read dis paragraph,ur understanding is like that,but when u go through different event in ur life tmr,u will notice that ur understanding to the same paragraph will b different." I can feel it when my brother pass away…before he go and after he go,ifeel different in reading the same thing…

i write here nt for u to belive in my words but telling u that everything start from our own-behavior…when u wan the person in ur mirror smile,u shud smile 1st : )
